Formerly serving as Data Protection Officer and Legal Counsel, Iliá founded DUB SERVICES LLC to bring enterprise-grade privacy consulting to organisations of all sizes — with a particular focus on bridging the compliance gap between Armenian and European markets.

A published thought leader on privacy regulation, Iliá produces a weekly global digest and has collaborated internationally on complex data transfer and AI governance challenges.
